Audit and Review

Once implemented the overall health and safety program requires routine audit and review, to assist work areas to manage and monitor their ongoing performance and to ensure a process of continued improvement.

Prime offers a range of auditing services and personnel including:

• Development of the tools and processes to implement an internal auditing program.

• Qualified staff to conduct independent auditing.
• Lead auditors accredited under AS4810 and ISO9000.
• Establishment of an audit data base to assist with contractor management.
• Developmentof tools and checklists to assist with legislative compliance e.g. Australian standards (Machinery safe-guarding, Confined spaces), Codes of Practice (e.g. Manual Handling, First Aid, Working at heights); Industry Standards and Regulations (DOCEP, Worksafe).
