As a permanent employee of Prime Health Group the following benefits will be available to you. This is a brief summary with full details being provided to you on your commencement of employment.
Your Salary
You will be paid fortnightly by means of a credit to a bank account of your choice.
Your salary will be reviewed each year. Your individual work performance, business unit and company performance, plus market rates and CPI will determine increases to your salary.
Prime uses a salary banding system for job groups and this is determined on qualifications, previous experience, skill set and job requirements. This is annually reviewed.

Annual Employees Training Calendar
Each year training needs analysis of all job groups and business units helps us devise our Annual Employees Training and Development Calendar. Superannuation Fund
When you commence with Prime, you have the choice of superannuation fund that you can join or roll over to. You will be able to salary package your superannuation contributions. Prime’s default fund is MLC Masterkey Business Superannuation. Employee Assistance Program
As part of Prime’s commitment to providing a safe and health workplace all employees and their immediate families have access to confidential counseling. Initial sessions are provided free of charge.
Performance Review
Ongoing on the job feedback and support are provided to all employees via our quarterly employees and team program/performance reviews and meetings.
An annual performance review process is also undertaken in April/May of each year.
Relocation Assistance
Relocation assistance will be provided when necessary, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
Active Social Club
Prime has a social club which coordinates numerous events throughout the year for employees. The company provides dollar for dollar for employee contributions. Functions include winery tours, movie nights, quiz nights and cocktail parties

Prime has involvement and membership with Australian Health Promotion Association, Association of Exercise and Sports Sciences and others. We have team members on Executive Committees and Prime supports association events. Prime also has affiliations with universities and research projects/studies.

Your Leave
Annual leave
From your date of commencement with Prime, you will start to accrue annual leave. Prime strongly encourages its employees to take regular holidays to ensure their health and wellbeing.
Long Service Leave
Statutory Long Service Leave will apply in accordance with appropriate state legislation. Long Service Leave accrues in accordance with the roster that you work. Your work location also determines when your leave entitlement can be taken.
Sick Leave
You will have access to sick leave when you are unable to work due to illness or injury.
Other leave
Other leave, including parental and carer's leave, and access to flexible work practices, are available.
