Quality Assurance

Framework

The Quality Assurance framework provides a context for organisations to structure their approach. For example:

• Is there a formal accreditation process in place?  e.g. ISO 9000
• Who is responsible for development of policy and procedures?
• What type of document management and control mechanisms are in place?
• Is the health and safety initiative embedded in the organisation’s business plan?
• What sort of review mechanisms are in place?
