Based on priorities identified in the needs analysis and risk assessment, our safety practitioners can develop and implement a tailored safety management system encompassing the following:
- Commitment and policy.
- Planning: How OHS objectives and targets are to be achieved.
- Implementation: Identification and development of capabilities, including resources and support mechanisms to achieve the objectives and targets.
- Measurement and evaluation of OHS performance (e.g. audit) and a system to take preventative and corrective actions.
- Review and improvement to continuously improve OHS performance.
