Training Management

Prime's Training Management is set out to support the development of staff and operations for our clients.

Training Needs Analysis

Prime is able to conduct Training Needs Analysis covering:

  • Conduct job role analysis
  • Review current and future operational requirements of the business
  • Review current competencies of the work force
  • Legislative requirements for the industry
  • Identification of any gaps
This gives a clear indication of what training is required.

Development of skills matrices

Once the training gap has been identified it is possible to map the competency requirements against training courses available. A skills matrix details what training is required by which staff members, taking into account their job roles and competencies required. This means that the employer is not undertaking costly and unnecessary training courses, only the training that is required.

Management of the training records data base

Training databases are constantly changing and evolving, requiring a knowledge of the staff and training providers. Prime provides database management to free up time within the organisation, allowing people to get on with their business.

Course Design and Evaluation

Not all courses meet client requirements. In these instances Prime has experience in designing specific courses based upon our clients operational procedures. We are also able to evaluate in-house training against national standards to ensure compliance.

Auditing

Prime conducts auditing and validation services as part of its RTO status. We can issue statements of attainment for courses conducted in-house, ensuring that the skills remain in the workforce and staff identify their continuous improvement with the employer.
